Sales Demonstrator

Multiple Locations Full Time | Part Time

Job Description

Join our retail team and help customers choose the right products for their needs. As a Sales Demonstrator, you will promote our products, provide professional advice and ensure an excellent shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide clear information on product features, pricing, promotions, and after-sales services
  • Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and process orders accurately
  • Support the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain an attractive and organised shop display
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

  • School Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English and French
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
