Sales Demonstrator
Job Description
Join our retail team and help customers choose the right products for their needs. As a Sales Demonstrator, you will promote our products, provide professional advice and ensure an excellent shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide clear information on product features, pricing, promotions, and after-sales services
- Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and process orders accurately
- Support the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Maintain an attractive and organised shop display
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- School Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and French
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
